Jenjang Talenta Indonesia website currently located at jenjang.com and the use of the Jenjang.com platform by all registered users for all Jenjang.com products and services provided by Jenjang.com entities listed in the Terms and Conditions of Service (hereinafter referred to as "we", "our", or "Jenjang.com") and applies when using our site, our services, or any other functionality, products, or services offered by Jenjang.com. - Information we collect. For each visit to our Services, we may collect information you have provided including address and phone number used to contact our customer service.
Face Recognition Privacy Policy
Jenjang collects information that can help companies ensure and identify users who make visits by recording time as the intended user (not represented by others).
Information Collection
Jenjang requires user data consisting of visit photos and their derivatives, to identify, store visitor information and detect users who record time as users who have been previously identified.
The following are the stages of user data processing.
- Users who have never been identified enter attendance photos that will be stored in Jenjang for processing so that they can identify the ownership of the face contained in the photo.
- Users who have been previously identified re-enter attendance photos that will be matched and stored in Jenjang for processing and matched with Face Recognition so that they can identify the match of faces previously stored in Jenjang.
Information Usage
The information collected is only used to store the visit history of users who record visits. Jenjang stores visit photos entered through the visit menu included through the time recording menu. Visit photos are stored to identify user data, while attendance photos are stored as time recording data for that user. Photos stored in Jenjang are encrypted and Jenjang does not create logs containing those photos.
PERSONAL INFORMATION STORAGE
All Personal Information you provide to us is stored on secure servers. By submitting your Personal Information to our Services, you agree to the transfer, storage, and processing that occurs on our Services. We will take reasonably necessary steps to ensure that such Personal Information is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy and Applicable Regulations.
Please note that transmission of information over the internet is not completely secure. However, we will do our best to protect such Personal Information. We cannot guarantee the security of data transmitted to our Services; the risk of any transmission is your responsibility. Once we receive your Personal Information, we will use strict procedures and security features to prevent unauthorized access.
Personal Data Storage and Deletion
All personal data of Users submitted to the Controller and/or collected by the Controller is stored and protected with the best efforts by security devices used by the Controller, or other parties entitled or authorized in connection with the provisions of this Policy, electronically, whether conducted in the Republic of Indonesia ("NKRI") or outside the territory of NKRI, to protect personal data from unauthorized access, use, modification, disclosure, and deletion of personal data based on the governance procedures applicable to the Controller.
User personal data will be stored for up to 2 years of storage and personal data deemed no longer needed in connection with the purpose of its collection is deleted and/or anonymized by the Controller, deleted for compliance with applicable legal provisions, deleted by the User, whichever occurs first.
